PerioMaster · Periodontal charting · A free edition is available
During the consultation

Recorded at the chair. Shown the same minute.

PerioMaster records the periodontal chart, displays it, and presents it to the patient while they are still in the chair. It records and follows — it does not interpret. The staging it proposes is there to be validated by the clinician, never in their place.

What PerioMaster does

Four verbs, and nothing beyond them.

A periodontal chart is a measurement, not an opinion. PerioMaster is built to hold the measurement faithfully and to make it legible — to you, and to the patient sitting in front of you.

01

Records

The chart is entered during the examination, at the chair, without a second pass on paper afterwards.

02

Displays

The whole mouth, readable at a glance, instead of a grid of figures that only makes sense to the person who wrote it.

03

Presents

The patient sees their own chart. Not a leaflet, not a generic diagram — the measurements taken on them, minutes earlier.

04

Follows

The same chart, revisited at the next appointment, so that what changed is visible rather than described.

Where PerioMaster stops, on purpose

PerioMaster is a recording instrument. It proposes a staging from what was measured, and that proposal is explicitly marked as awaiting the clinician's validation. It does not diagnose, it does not decide, and it does not replace the periodontal examination.

DentalMaster applications are informative and explanatory aids for practitioner-to-patient communication. They are not certified diagnostic devices. The clinician remains solely responsible for the diagnosis, the treatment evaluation and the final therapeutic proposal.

Where it sits

Phase two. While the patient is still in the chair.

DentalMaster splits the consultation into three moments. PerioMaster belongs to the second one — the minutes where what the patient understands decides what happens next.

Before Informing The patient arrives already knowing what a procedure involves.
During · PerioMaster Recording and showing The chart is taken, displayed, and presented to the patient in the same appointment.
After Following up The plan stays available to the patient once they have left the practice.

A free edition is available.

PerioMaster can be used on its own, or alongside the rest of the DentalMaster applications. The licenses page lists what each edition covers.
