Neither. It is a clinical decision platform. Through a link or QR code. They open it on their phone, tablet or computer — no app to install. They can manipulate the 3D model, replay your voice explanation, review the attached documents and contact your practice in one click.
For everyday patient education, PA400 is enough. For complex case presentation and treatment decision support, DentPlan3D is the recommended plan.
The AI Patient Decision Layer is an add-on and requires an active DentPlan3D license.
No. The AI add-on helps structure treatment options from 3 clinical questions. The practitioner remains responsible for clinical judgment and final communication.
No. DentalMaster complements your existing PMS. Your current software remains responsible for administration, appointments and billing.
We are not a PMS, and we are not trying to become one. A practice management system handles your appointments, billing and patient records. DentalMaster addresses a dimension no PMS covers: helping the patient truly understand what you are proposing, so they can decide with full clarity.
