Challenge Reboost-J2- Breakfast

Here’s your breakfast tomorrow morning. Which gives you time to get it ready tonight.

Breakfast of the day is a Chia pudding, which has many virtues. First, he’s very satiating and avoid the middle of the morning, so snack. Then the Chia helps in transit. For this recipe, I only used anti-inflammatory ingredients.

What you need for 2 people:
– 4 beautiful spoons of Chia seeds
– 250 ml of almond milk with no added sugar
– Red fruits
– A thick slice of mango cut into cubes (book the rest, we’ll use it later)
– 6 almonds
– 1 small handful of Muesli without added sugar
– 1 fillet of agave syrup for sweet mouthpieces

How do I do it?
The ideal thing is to prepare it tonight as it will allow the Chia seeds to swell properly.
Mix Chia seeds and almond milk well. Pour into two ramekins. Cover with a plastic film and put in the fridge for the night.

When you wake up, like every day that will follow, prepare a half a squeezed lemon, with hot water and 1 teaspoon of ginger powder or shredded fresh ginger powder.

Cut a “slice” of mango into cubes. Wash some blueberries and raspberries. Place them harmoniously on the pudding that has become firm by adding almonds.

The little plus: a fillet of agave syrup and a handful of muesli to sprinkle.

Take it with a green tea and taste.
